About the Role:

As a part-time Executive Director, you will lead the REALM Foundation, guiding day-to-day operations and managing a small group of part-time staff and volunteers while supporting the development and growth of our community-based support networks. This hands-on leadership role requires direct involvement across all organizational functions to ensure alignment with REALM’s mission and vision. You will work closely with the people we serve (Centres), a small team, the Board, volunteers, and external stakeholders to drive long-term sustainability, strengthen community partnerships, and effectively implement all programs and initiatives to ensure aligned priorities and shared success.

This role offers flexibility (1,000 hours per year), allowing you to adapt your schedule to organizational needs. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a self-managed, strategic, and dynamic environment while balancing operational demands with long-term organizational goals. While the Executive Director holds leadership responsibilities, this is a team-focused position that emphasizes collaboration.
